Gruppozebra leverages cutting-edge systems like the Sacmi Kiln and Continua+ production facility to ensure precision, efficiency, and sustainability in every slab. The Sacmi Kiln provides energy-efficient firing with heat recovery, delivering consistent quality across largeformat slabs while minimising environmental impact.
The Continua+ facility enables Gruppozebra to produce slabs in sizes up to 1600x3200 mm and thicknesses from 12 to 20mm, with digitally synchronize surfaces and through-body decorations.
This technology ensures high productivity, low waste (below 3% scrap during pressing), and the flexibility to create customized designs using standard porcelain tile bodies.
